Pastor Julie Beitelchees
Pastor Julie Beitelschees, an ELCA Lutheran Pastor, has served as St Paul’s Priest-in-Charge since Christmas of 2017. The Episcopal Church is in full communion agreement with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Pastor Julie has been ordained for over 35 years and her ministry has included solo pastorates, staff positions and youth and college ministry, as well as 16 years of hospital chaplaincy. She is a graduate of Butler University in Indianapolis and Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus. Pastor Julie is passionate about connecting with people on all levels. Her husband Ted is a dentist and is originally from Maumee, Ohio. They enjoy cooking, travelling and floating down the Maumee river on their pontoon boat. Both Ted and Pastor Julie enjoy singing in the Teutonia Chor, a local German chorus. In her time here, she has brought new energy and enthusiasm. Taylor Tennant, Secretary Taylor has been with St. Paul’s for over six years. She is a 2020 graduate from the Toledo Technology Academy. Taylor works full time at Dynamic Dies and enjoys cats, swimming and singing. Sherri Erdmann, Sunday Morning Assistant
Sherri helps Pastor Julie make sure everything is set for Sunday morning worship and coffee hour. She is also very active in our outreach ministry and Dorcas Circle. Sherri enjoys singing, painting and taking care of her little dog, Gizmo. |
Jill Roth Boessel, Organist
For over 29 years, Jill has shared her musical talent as the organist of St. Paul's. She holds a Master of Music degree in Piano Pedagogy and Performance from the University of Michigan. Jill enjoys spending time with her two daughters and their families, and with her cat, Babe Roth. Tim Stecker, Sexton
Tim Stecker served over 40 years in uniform. First as private security and then as an officer on the Oregon Police Department. In addition, Tim taught criminal justice and academy courses at local community colleges for 30 years. He is currently the Warehouse Manager for Food for Thought, the non-profit that St Paul’s partners with for their monthly food pantry ministry. Tim enjoys yoga, martial arts and boating and is hoping to learn to play golf soon. |
